Our Services
MobileLaptopFixSA provides services for upgrades, repairs, and diagnostics for:
- Android and iPhone smartphones
- Mac and Windows laptops
- Desktop PCs and accessories
We additionally offer software troubleshooting and technical assistance.
Diagnostics & Estimates
- Each device undergoes a diagnostic procedure prior to repair.
- There may be diagnostic expenses, which will be disclosed in advance.
- Initial estimations are calculated for determining repair expenses, which may vary if additional issues occur.
Terms of Repair
- Depending on availability, original or superior compatible components are used for repairs.
- The complexity of the problem and the availability of parts may influence the amount of time a repair takes.
- Prior starting servicing, clients should backup all of their data. The loss of data is not our responsibility.
Policy for Warranty
- For our repair services, we provide a limited warranty:

- Only comprises the labor and components associated with the entire repair.
Excludes:
- Unintentional damage (spills, cracks, etc.)

- After-service devices that have been tampered with by third parties
Data Privacy

- Devices can be turned on to confirm an effective repair.
Refunds and Payments
- After the service has been performed, full payment is required.
- Payment options: cash, credit/debit card, EFT, etc. are accepted for payment.
- With the possible exception of diagnostic fees, refunds are provided only in the unlikely circumstance that a repair is ineffective.
Unclaimed Devices
- Devices will be deemed abandoned if they are not claimed within 60 days of being repaired.
- Unclaimed devices may be recycled, resold, or destroyed of by MobileLaptopFixSA in order to recover the cost of maintenance and storage expenses.
Liability Restrictions
- Any damage or data loss brought on by pre-existing defects or problems is not our responsibility.
- Software-related issues are not our responsibility until they are addressed under the service contract.
- Liability is capped at the entire cost of the rendered service.
Client Obligations
- Make sure the device information is valid.
- After the device has been repaired, enable access or provide the necessary passwords to test it.
- Before passing on your device, make a backup of your information.
